BackGlimpses of a new spectacular dance performance in the snowy landscape on the Sauda mountains in Norway, commissioned by European Capital of Culture Stavanger2008. Takes place in Sauda in the region of Ryfylke in Norway in March. High up in the mountains, the choreographers of Dansdesign will cover the mountainsides with supreme physical performances in the air and on the snow. World-class jibbers will flood down the slopes, glittering in airy jumps and leaps, interwoven with brilliant, athletic contemporary dancers in baroque pleasures to celebrate the winter. Filmed by Jon Håtveit, photos by Knut Bry, music by Bjarne Kvinnsland, choreography by Dansdesign.
