Men Who Take Testosterone Without a Doctor Risk Infertility
BackUrologist Ridwan Shabsigh, MD, says low testosterone can sometimes cause a drop in sex drive, along with sexual and other problems. But he warns against taking testosterone or testosterone-like steroids without a doctor's supervision because you can end up sterile or with serious heart damage.
