Friends? Lovers? Both? (Jonas Brothers Series) part 19
BackN: Oh no *Kevin and Joe then start tickling him*Guys*laughs*get*laughs*off*laughs. Joe and Kevin stop and stand up. Nick then stands up and looks at them* why must you do that? K,J: Because we can *They then leave the room and Nick calls Sophie* S: hello? N: Hey it's Nick. S: Hey, is Joe still upset that we made out? N: No, he's not. Are you ok? You seemed pretty upset when you left. S: Yea, I'm fine. I just got upset that he was spying on us. N: Okay *the phone starts ringing and Nick heard Joe yell, "I'll get it!"* At lease your ok, I'm going to go. S: Okay, I'll see you tomorrow. Love ya. N: Love ya too. *He hangs up and walks down stairs to see that Joe was as pale as a ghost* Joe are you ok? J: *Looks, at Nick* Nick, um, Grandma is in the hospital. N: What why? J: She has cancer; the doctor says she only has three weeks left. N: What!? *Joe reaches out to touch his shoulder, but Nick runs upstairs* K: I'll go check on him. You go tell mom and dad. *Joe nods his head. Kevin walks upstairs while Joe walks into the kitchen. Kevin knocks on Nick's door* N: *From his room* what? K: It's Kevin can I come in? N: Sure. K: *He walks into Nicks room to see Nick sitting on his bed looking down at the floor. He walks over to him and sits next to him* Hey, are you ok? N: Yea, sure. K: Nick, it's me. Nobody else, I can tell when you're lying to me. N: I don't know, I guess with the phone call from the hospital, I guess I was shocked. *He starts to cry, so Kevin puts his arm around him. Nick starts to cry a little harder* I don't want her to die, I'm scared Kevin! K: *Holds Nick* Shh, it's okay. I know *Nick cries while Kevin rubs his back. Nick falls asleep while crying into Kevin's shoulder. Kevin puts him into bed and walks out of the room. He bumps into Joe in the hallway* Oh, hey man. J: Is he okay? K: He's asleep. Nick's really upset too. So please don't prank him for a while. J: Okay, what time is it? K: *looks at his watch* ten o'clock, I'm going to bed. J: So am I *Kevin and Joe go into their rooms, change into sweat pants, and go to bed. Later that night, Joe wakes up when he hears a noise coming from hallway. He looks at the alarm clock* who could be making noise at three in the morning? *He gets out of bed, walks up to his door, and opens it to see Nick walking sleepily down the hall. He whispers* Nick, what are you doing? *Nick does answer, so Joe walks in front of him* Hello? Nick? Nicholas? *Joe snaps his fingers and Nick suddenly falls on him* Sleepwalking? He hasn't done that since Jazz passed away. *He puts Nick over his shoulder, walks into Nick's room, and puts him back into bed. Then he went back to bed. The next day, Kevin and Joe go to the hospital, Mr. and Mrs. Jonas leave for the weekend leaving Kevin in charge, but Nick stays home the whole day. FF to nine o'clock, everyone's asleep, Nick on the other hand is dressed and wide awake* N: Okay, I'll go see grandma, talk, and then come home before anyone wakes up. *Nick opens his window, climbs down, and starts running toward the hospital. Once at the hospital, he ran up to the front counter* I'm looking for Edna Jonas. CW: *Counter Woman is CW. She checks the computer* She's in room 125, second floor. N: Thanks *Nick runs to the elevator and goes to the second floor. A couple minutes later, he arrived at a door that had "125" on. He slowly opened it to see his grandmother wide awake* Hi Grandma. GJ: *GJ is Grandma Jonas* Hi Nicholas, come on in. *Nick ran into the room, up to his grandma and hugged her* N: How are you doing? GJ: I'm doing fine, why didn't you come with your brothers earlier? N: Because, I wanted to talk to you alone. GJ: I'm just happy to see you. I haven't seen you in so long. N: I'm happy to see you two. *A tear rolls down his cheek* GJ: Don't you cry sweetheart *She wipes his cheek* I'm guessing your brothers don't know you're here, do they? N: No, I kind of snuck out. GJ: Then you need to go home. I don't want you too get in trouble. Tomorrow I'll call Kevin and tell him to drop you off, then you and me can have the whole days to our selves* N: Okay, I love you grandma. GJ: I love you too Nicholas. *Nick kisses his grandma on the cheek and then runs home. As he climbs threw the window, his lights went on* J: Hey. N: *jumps, and turns around to see Joe standing at the doorway* don't do that. J: You went to see grandma didn't you? N: Yea. I wanted to see her alone. Are you going to tell Kevin? J: No, unlike Kevin I'm letting you off the hook. N: Thanks, Grandma is call tomorrow to arrange so I can spend the whole day with her. J: Cool, I'm glad you got to see her. Well, I'm going to bed *He turns around* N: Joe. J: *He turns around and Nick hugs him* what was that for. N: Being a best big brother. *After that the two of them went to be Isn't that nice? Will Nick have fun with Grandma J? Will Joe keep his promise and not tell Kevin that Nick snuck out? Find out next time!
