BackGTA - NIKO BELLIC (TRUH) He is definitely not Russian. In a conversation when repeating a mission for Playboy X. He asks if Niko is Russian. Niko replies that he isn't and that he has never even been to Russia, nor knows what currency Russia uses. I think the mission was "Blow your cover".
