Backingredients metrics ftw cake: 130g butter (4.5 oz = bit over a stick) 120g very fine sugar (1 cup) 130g flour (apparently 1 cup, but 2/3 cup when i measured it) 130g melted semisweet chocolate (supposedly 1/2 cup) 6 eggs vanilla apricot jam icing: about 5 tablespoons of water 200g sugar (bit over 1.5 cups) 150g melted semisweet chocolate
