Wind and Polar Systems

Back

This is my geography project. I did it with my 3 friends, shown in their Youtube account names. I posted this after we handed it in. The Geo teacher said we at least got an A (or wuz it A+?) x] Comments from class: "Very well made. Nice editing." "Interesting way of presenting. (video)" "Good song choices." (O.o Really?) "We're Screwed" Productions is probably what I'm calling all my school projects done on video now. It's my catchphrase. Quote from 11Tiffers (This was the second geography project. The one showed is the 3rd): "K, [samkin94], at some point during your project, she'll say either 'We're screwed', 'You're screwed' or 'I'm screwed'" xD The topic is about Wind and Polar Systems. I didn't listen too much to the lesson, but from what I can make out, the Jet Stream is a moving wall of wind that is above the Polar front, which separates the cold air from the hot air. When the Jet Stream moves, either the hot or the cold air will invade the other's territory and weather will change. If the hot air invades during winter, the snow will suddenly melt, and this is the cause of that. It's known as the January thaw. Other than that, I'm clueless and screwed xD Honours: #22 - Most Discussed (Today) - Education - Canada #80 - Most Viewed (Today) - Education - Canada #23 - Top Rated (Today) - Education - Canada #87 - Top Rated (This Week) - Education - Canada
