BackFrom the early 1970s is this video clip of two of the Bolshoi's biggest stars, Vladimir Vasiliev and his wife, Ekaterina Maksimova ( Yekaterina Maximova ) . They are performing a duet from the ballet, Creation of the World , choreographed by Natalia Kasatkina and her husband, Vladimir Vasilyov . Creation of the World was first performed at the Kirov Theatre in early 1971, so this video is definitely not earlier than 1971.
