FFXI: 66 DRK Genkai 5 Maat fight 2008
BackYeah, this was my first maat fight as a 66 dark knight on Lakshmi server, there are plenty of vids on youtube or Dark knights fighting maat after getting hauberk, so at about level 69. But i thought i would try at level 66, it was easy, i did make a slight mistake and clicked food instead of icarus wing, but apart form that it went just how i wanted it to. I dont know how my blink band's blink stayed up the whole fight though because i did get hit. I traded the dark knight's testimony at level 66 with ALL my armour on to show that going in with no armour on is a complete waste of time. I left the sleeping to 100% tp part in because i couldnt be botherd to take it out, and so that other people about to fight maat can see how i did it. I opened the fight with a Drain II because i thought the extra souleater damage would be better than Absorb-STR, and i didnt need extra ACC from Absorb-ACC. I used yellow curry instead of sushi for the same reason. Items used: sleeping potions, yellow curry, vile elixer+1, Icarus wing, blink band. If you wanna skip the sleeping go to 4:15.
