Before the Sole-unit can be applied, the Uppers are prepared by sanding the leather below the level of the sole unit to ensure proper bonding of the glue. This process requires considerable skills to match the sanded area with the profile of the Upper. From our factory in Northern Italy, see how our world famous boots are made from start to finish.
