Results with the Powerbar (high quality)

This video was shot 3 months after the other one. I have lifted no weights in the meantime, and done only pull-ups and push-ups with the Powerbar (it is very convenient for push-ups also), in addition to systematic sit-ups and jump-rope. The improvement in my physique and quality of the pull-ups is evident when compared to the other video. You really don't have to waste your money on gyms.
