Highlights of the Emerging Leaders Program at Paradise Valley Community College. Based on the Social Change Model of Leadership student participants learn about the 7 C's of leadership while engaging in self-exploration, teambuilding activities and community service. Each term participants go on a weekend retreat in Northern Arizona gaining insight into social issues and how to make a difference in the world.
