July Fourth Toy Destruction

This was one of those battery powered old-style walking/talking/laser-shooting toy robots. We filled the battery compartment with powder from Whistling Petes and stuck a length of safety fuse in it. The video doesn't do justice to the sheer volume of the blast, but the smoky remnants give a good indication of the energy released.
