Discussion of Council Approval of the Norris Administration to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Washington State Historic Preservation Officer (and therefore the Department of Archeology & Historic Preservation - DAHP) and the City Government of Mount Vernon regarding 319 Main (aka Eddy's New and Used/JB Laughlin Furniture Store) with its infamous Mesker siding.
