You can have one foot forward and the other back or both feet together. Bend forward and maintain around a 45 degree angle for the duration of this motion. There should be no movement anywhere else on your body besides your arms during the duration of this motion. If you experience shoulder pain stop and find the root of your problem. If you have protracted shoulder girdle you should not perform chest exercises until you correct your posture.
