MTSU helps preserve cedar glades
BackThe Center for Cedar Glades Studies was formally established in 2005 at MTSU to provide research opportunities on the ecology of glades and increase educator knowledge and skills about the areas. Center director, Dr. Kim Sadler, says the glades are an endangered ecosystem found primarily in Middle Tennessee and a few other localities in the Southeastern United States.
