How to Fix Xbox 360 Red Light Error

Xbox 360 Red Light Errors can come from many different reasons. Don't call Microsoft yet because they will tell you what I am about to tell you. Check your power supply, if the light on it is green then your good. If the light is red on the power supply then then that is bad. You might need a new power supply. Make sure the Xbox 360 has room to breath, keep it cool, that is very important. Now for trouble shooting... Unplug the power supply from the console, give it a minute. Plug everything back in. Turn it on, if you get the start up screen good. Put in a game and play it. If it freezes up then your screwed. Not exactly. You have 2 options. Call Microsoft and pay a chunk of change to get it fixed and wait 4-6 weeks. OR Buy and Xbox 360 Repair Guide for less then half the cost of a video game and fix the Xbox 360 yourself.
