You Just Don't Know It- Chapter 21, Part 2
BackChapter 21, Part 2 Then I saw Joe, Nick, and Kevin standing there. Wow! Was I surprised. I believe they watched the whole scene. "Oh, Hey! I didn't notice you guys there," I said. "Encore, what a scene.." Joe said as he clapped. "Absolutely amazing!" Kevin said as he also clapped laughing. "Wow!" Nick said surprised. I laughed, "So, I'm guessing you guys saw that." "Yeah! Really convincing," Joe said. "HA! I wouldn't be surprised if she actually pulled that stunt off just so I can get her dumb collection of Barbies," Josh said. "HEY! I'm a girl and that's what I do, ok?" I fought back. Some girl.." Josh said insultingly. I took a breath in and out and tried to ignore his comment. So then I turned to face Nick. "So, Nick..wanna hang out up in my room?" I asked him. "Sure.."he said. "Great!" I said and grabbed his hand. But before I walked up the stairs with him I said, "Joe and Kevin, you guys are welcome to come too." "Thanks!" Kevin said. "Maybe later," Joe said. I nodded my head and then I turned to Josh, "And Josh," I started as I smiled up at him," STAY AWAY FROM MY ROOM." I said strictly. Then me and Nick walked up to my room and I closed the door with a BANG as I let go of his hand and then he went to sit over my bed. "Wow! Is somebody mad?" he asked teasing me. "Uhh..I guess you can say that," I said. "Yeah, and wow! I never knew that side of you," he replied. "Well, there are a lot of things that you don't know about me," told him. "So, I see... I guess I'll just have to find out," he said as he smiled at me. "Yup," I said . "Well..I see you have a piano," he said as he stood up a walked over to it to look at it. "Yeah, I just got it yesterday," I told him as I walked over to the piano also. "So, you any good?" he asked. "Hmm...let's just say I'm a beginner," I replied. "Ohh.. I see.." he said as he touched my piano. "So, are you any good with instruments?" I asked. "Umm..a little you can say," he answered. "Ohh, that's cool..so do you think you can teach me the basics?" I asked. "Sure...so these white things are the keys," he told me. I just blankly stared at him. "What?" he said. "Nick, I'm a beginner. Not dumb," I told him. He laughed. "Ok,ok...so let's see if you figure out what I'm playing," he told me. He then started playing this melody. I had actually never heard it before but it was amazing. I actually loved it. Then he finished. "Wow! That was really good, where did you learn that?" I asked. "Well, I actually came up with it myself," he said. "Really?" I asked surprised, "All it needs is words and it'll be perfect." Nick smiled and said, "Well..." "Wow! don't tell me...it does have words." I said. "Yeah, it does," he said. "And why didn't you tell me? You could've been singing along with it, what's the name?" I asked. "It's called "When You Look Me In The Eyes" and sure I can sing it now if you want," he asked. "Great!" I said excited. However, when Nick was about to start playing, unlucky me didn't get to hear the song because Joe and Kevin had come into my room. They said that they had to leave and go home already. They each said their goodbyes but before Nick left he said he'll sing me the song another time. I got really excited and told him that I couldn't wait. Then they all left. I guess that's what happens when you aren't a fan. At first he said he knew a little about the piano, but then he comes out with knowing how to play a whole song on the piano. I wonder what other things I didn't know about him.
