First, what a great idea! The note made us feel like we really mattered. We are genuinely delighted with Regina and her team. I have on occasion been home when the team was on site. They were all terrific. I do have one small request: when they vacuum the den if they could please move the coffee table out from the sofa and make sure they get the carpet right in front of the couch I'd appreciate it.
