H.R. 1424 Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/C?c110:./temp/~c110JIik9X The T.A.R.P shall-- (A) take action to address deficiencies identified by the Comptroller General or other auditor engaged by the TARP; or (B) certify to appropriate committees of Congress that no action is necessary or appropriate.
