Ben DeCosta Gets Served!
BackBen Decosta, the aviation general manager for the City of Atlanta, gets served with a civil complaint for threatening to arrest State House Representative Timothy Bearden in spite of the change to Georgia's laws. This change allows for Georgia Firearm Licensees to carry in the non-sterile areas of the airport. Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin declared, by fiat, the airport to be a so-called Gun Free Zone. Result: she gets to explain herself to a Federal judge.
