Backyatima group fund is the not-for-profit corporation that i formed here in the us. it allows for people to make donations and get a tax deduction. the main program in tanzania is the orphans foundation fund. it is the umbrella ngo that coordinates the outreach to help over 3000 children who have been orphaned because of hiv/aids. tanzania has about 1.5 million children who have been orphaned because of hiv/aids. i have been involved in helping orphans for 6 years now.
