This Is Real, episode 1.
Backsorry the videos kinda stupid, I lost all my pics and had to find new ones!!!! Enjoy! My name is Marie Anne Lalick, but my friends just call me "mo MO" or Marie. I have long, dead-straight, brown hair and hazel eyes. I guess you could call me a ballerina. My life revolves around two things, the Jonas Brothers and dance. I'm on my way to a Jonas Brothers concert right now. The Jonas Brothers and dance are my ways of escaping. From what, you may ask. The answer is really quite simple:Reality. When I dance, or listen to JB songs, I am in a different world. I get lost in the story behind the lyrics, and no one can snap me out of my daydreams. Except the one person I fear the most, my father. My father is an alcoholic and quite often abusive. He's the reason for all the nice bruises everywhere on my body, except for my face. He's the reason I don't trust anyone, and get teased at school People may wonder why I never tell anyone about my father. Well, I tried once, but some popular kids heard me telling my best friend Abby, and thought I was kidding. So they've teased me ever since. Even Abby thought it was a joke. When my father heard about that, he beat me up twice as hard. I liv ein fear because of the one person I should love most in my life. {AN: I should mention that Mo Mo's mother died 10 years ago.} I arrived at the venue around 2:30, even though the show wasn't scheduled to start until 7:30. There wasn't even security outside yet. I planned to listen to my iPod and relax outside until the how started. Unfortunately, Lauren Cruse (hugely popular girl and loves to tease me) and her posse had other plans. "Should you be here Lalick? Daddy not going to beat you up?" she taunted. "No."I replied. "You sure your Daddy won't get mad? Won't hit you a few times?" she continued, and her posse cackled. I got up and walked past them, but they followed me. They continued teasing me. When we were passing the alley entrance to the stage, I saw some lady struggling with two trays of Starbucks, a suitcase, and papers. I knew by the curly hair that it was Mrs. Jonas. I know they say that you shouldn't help people in alleys and thats a sure why to get robbed, but I couldn't imagine what anybody could possibly do to me. I have no money. I'm used to getting beat up. My iPod barely works. I started walking down the alley to help out Mrs. Jonas. "Oohh, Daddys gonna up little "Mo Mo" for walking down there!" Lauren shouted, but I ignored her. "Would you like some help ma'am?" I asked once I reached her. "oh yes please." she replied, looking grateful. I took one tray of Starbucks and the suitcase. Then I followed her to the door. I'm sure she probably thought I was just being nice tot her so I could meet her sons. I was totally prepared to walk back and endure another 4 hours of Lauren Cruse. Thats why I was surprised when she told Big Rob that I was with her, and walked past him. Like it? Comment and let me know please!
