Forgot to ask. You say "chili seasoning". Im in sweden and im wondering if you mean like pure chili powder or some kind of taco mix powder (mixed seasonings)? Thank you.

Girl this is so easy, pretty soon it will take you no time at all! I'm so glad it worked for you! Yeah, I like spicy but it makes my tummy hurt, I have to watch what I toss in, as much as I like it! I'm glad it came out great! :)

so the recipie turned out fab! i can NOT stand spicy but i added 1 tbsp of chili powder for a touch of flave and it turned out pretty good^^ thank goodness! lol, i'm no cook and didn't think it was going to work out for me.

I drained the meat on mine too, I had to. I think I used something like the 80/20, not the 93/7 which doesn't leave a lot of grease at all. I think cumin would make a great addition, I love the flavor and smell of that spice! Sounds fabulous and you're totally welcome!
