Insane concept, my dude. I'm a pro, and I could have never guessed that was the idea. I had a totally different understanding of transposing. Not as hard as the tradition, but definitely no as easy as this!

Instead of surrounding the note play the M7 chord a whole step under the root, now flat the 5 on the right hand, or play the minor chord a whole step above. So A you'd play Bm7 over A (root 5 7 on left hand) Experimenting this way will allow you to discover different colors of this type of chord.

That was really helpful man. I play by ear so I always transpose but by seeing this I have a new method of locating chords on different notes. Thanks for giving this secret out. I never would have thought of this.
