What a shock. The FAA lies to the public again about safety. The agency allows crossing runway operations like this that setup this very scenario. Very similar experiences have happened at Memphis, among others. Thankfully, the Air Traffic Controller's subsequent actions in these instances have prevented a tragedy. Hopefully a new president will clean out the whole FAA leadership.
