Personally I think Symphonia had the best storyline and characters. I think Abyss's plot was a mess of incoherence. That's just me though. It had nice characters and gameplay.

id say that symphonia abyss and now vesperia are the best not just one because all three are very different but all succeed in giving a great story, music, gameplay and execution.

some will disagree with me, but i think this was the best, the most well executed and produced game of the tales series. the story is much better than all the other games of the series.

i can't believe i only just got into the whole Tales series last week - i'm playing Tales of the World on PSP... i might need to do some backtracking and play the rest of the Tales series... this is some awesome music...

Damn straight, this game has the best battle system of any game and the characters and their interactions are really well written and quite in-depth. I wanna play Vesperia but it hasn't been released here yet (they'd better release it!)
