Special Message from Gen. Stubblebine and Dr. Laibow--VIDEO--appears to be fixed. I don't know what is needed, in regard to Research Volunteers. Since it was not elaborated, I'm guessing more info will come later. I also don't know WHO IS RECEIVING THESE TEXT COMMENTS.
