i think your back tuck was the best... but can you do it from standing and then just jump up and do it? its really easy you should try

once u get a BHS on the tramp. then its really easy to get ur tuck & layout. i practice my BHS on the ground but i don't have it yet.

your layout is more of a whip. get your arms up, then when you are upside down pull them down. you just kind of whipped your head and arms and body back to get over.

i think ur tuck cuz in da others try to keep ur legs straight n in ur bhs try to make them more long like stretch more in ur back wen doin them o n try to get all ur flips standing thin it will b easyer to get on ground

I think your BHS was the best because it looks like you can probably do that one on the ground without a trampoline. But all of them were good.
