I don't really mean that you will get a direct benifit to your moves, but that by going the basics you learn alot about your body and how it can move, which makes every thing else improve, and also makes you learn new moves faster

oh, really? lol i can't see how not doing grabs can make us better at them lol, but thanx for the advice tho, i'll try it out and train some more

Well if its freerunning you guys are interested in my advice is to just focus more on conditioning the basic aspects, trust me you will see huge improvements in your grabs and such if you do less of them and more general training.

ya efw is like another version of free running that me and my brothers made up, it's basiccaly anything u would do in free running, plus grabs, like grabs that people do on rollerblades

On many of your landings a roll would be much smoother then trying to keep on your feet. What ever it is you are doing remeber the best way to improve is to condition your bodies, doing strength and flexibilty training will improve every thing you do.

What exactly is "extreme foot walking", is it something derived from parkour or freerunning or some thing else entirely?Just some things i noticed that might help you guys. Your non spinning landings from drops/jumps are very poor, i would strongly advise some lower body conditioning, theres no reason to sprain an ankle when it can be avoided.
