the he says she says B.S only makes us hate them more. anything Mercedes is saying about what the camera missed is what people say to get out of doing time. Just do it the old fasion way, turn states on Hardcastle and Cooper, was that sweet little football head blocking the door. Looks like 20 years to me.

who cares they beat a poor young woman, even after she said she did not want to fight. I hope all these ass holes get 12 years, besides Hardcastle and Cooper give them 20, and if they do get over, they'll be worse off because society will always treat them like shit that got over on time they "deserve" Victoria deserves money just for being seen with these slim bags. I knew it was od such an atractive woman with THEM. I hope she gets all their money

many many lies...the biggest is that she did not get knocked out and brought to the couch, the video shows her walking to the living room, many other lies but if you want to be blind so be it.

yes she did say fine I don't care and then VIC came back outside and there was no logical reason for her to go back inside mercades told her again don't go in the house! she already had her crap, she went back in anyway...look i went down to the courthouse and bought the entire video. If someone could tell me how to upload it on here I would put the entire thing on here.

what mamiconrazon fails to realize is n one beliefs any thing Mercedes says, what she says on the tape was all part of her plan from the start.

I see a bunch of ugly savages attacking a beautiful girl, because Bririni Hardcastle can't get any dick. I also saw Mercedes block the entrance. There is nothing rude,about using the phone, no one wants to know these mutants

The sheriff said that they hadn't released all of the videos and I've a feelings there's more still to come. I'm not sure how the defense thinks this is going to get sympathy? The girl like begging for a phon and being told no & then we all know the beating she takes in the corner after this. I just don't see how they think there's going to be sympathy. And they might want to start to insist that the girls really not use their computers..

ah interesting that if there's a phone that's taking a picture too then where did that photo go and is it something they've passed around in their own circles unknow to the authorities? I mean the cell phone is taking a picture and that is seen in the pic with the blue wall behind her. They could email a pic right from a phone. And there's a whole myspace web page for the support of April now. I wonder if the police know this?

The one of her in the gray tee, with the cell being held up, is the "aftermath" photo taken by one of the gang. The others, with Tori in the red tee, were taken by the police, likely at her friend's house or her parents' home.

Was that at her girlfriends house where she'd gone after or was that the pic that she was forced to take by that Britt girl of the "aftermath". Victoria said she was made to do that & then later when waiting for her friend at CVS she was made to apologize to the girls by that Brittini girl too. I thought maybe this was that pic. though her shirt is different.

"you ppl are blind! Yes it was wrong but you can't see all the lies the victim told now? I give up on the public" where is the lie point it out. She said she'd asked for the phone so she could call for someone to come get her & she did & she was told by that girl with the phone that she was using it. Just like Tori said. When you're being attacted things are often blurred later when recalling. The rest is exactly as she'd said.
